if you are running vista it has a partitioner installed if you are running xp you may have to get this installed if you do not have any other partitioner installed.

mac os x runs good on 512 mbs of ram thats its recommended amount of ram and ive tried it on my cousins computer and it worked fine a minor slowdown while using 5 programs but no biggy it should work good.

your chipset might not be supported

your chipset might be a jmicron or a Nvidia chipset but this should of supported it. Not sure man. look on insanelymac and see what you can find on it.

i got it to work but with iatkos v7

i had to change something in the bio settings after the change the iatkos worked fine. right now as i type my computer is running in mac os x. thanks for the help anyway

ia there any way you could do this with a flashdrive instead of a disk? cause i have a netbook and netbooks dont have cd drives

there are a few videos on how to restore an iso image but their all about restoring it while in mac os x. Look in the InsanelyMac forums for stuff about it. If you are running an MSI Wind go to MSI Wind Forums, if you have a dell mini go to MyDellMini and if you have any other netbooks go to insanelymac.

if you could give me your specs of your system i could find out if there is a problem with your hardware.

another thing you could do is burn the disc at the lowest speed possible. Or download the file again.
