Nice bro! I m online right now with Texas speed gonna buy ms4 with longtube headers. How long did the install take? Any tips? Did u need to buy ls7 lifters? They got me at about 2200.00 bucks. Can u tell me wat all u really needed? Thanks man. Bad ass car!
@Enarro54 Thanks Man! The install took about 2 weeks working a few hours a day with no help so usually around a 10-12 hour job. I used the stock lifters and replaced the valvesprings, oil pump, timing chain and pushrods. With a basic cam install you don't need new lifters, which requires pulling the heads. I'll mesage you more details about the install and tips. You will prob want to change your motor mounts during the header install, which are a PITA to do, but worth doing now.

@explicitblack and you base this on? Your opinion? This Cam was designed and tested by Texas Speed for the LS1 and many people have this set up in their LS1 and are satisfied. With additional mods a larger Cam will make more power in the long run.
