insert sim, go to settings, go to mail contacts etc, then click on sync contacts, as easy as 1,2,3..

You need to get your contacts put on a flash drive. If thats not possible there are some programs out there that will allow you to do this put they charge you.

open up itunes. go to the info tab on your iphone page, click sync contacts, click windows contacts, then click sync and itll back up all your contacts into windows
