Why not audi - in fuel consumption - it was pretty clear from the start - it has the smallest engine:)) lambo, aston, ferrari have V12 and McLaren - 5.4 V8 with kompressor - 4.2 V8 Audi had nocompetition from the start

probably german sensibility with the 4 wheel drive and 420 isn't slow, maybe the othercars found it hard to put the power down since it could be all cornors and no long bits..

Well the audi r8 is one of the best handaling cars on the market & has a awd systm where 60% of th power goess to the rear and 40% goess to the front & the audi r8 doess have really good breaks & it has really good suspension that makes it ride smoothly on evryday roads & well i guess i can say to you that power and torque isnt evrything its not how much power or torque your car has its how well your car is engineered & some times it all comes down to how well your car use' its power & torque.

Of course the R8 would win but the LP640!!!! It got the biggest engine, 6.5L and it was 2nd!!! Impressive. God bless Lamborghini

It is incredible. Since Audi took over Lamborghini have improved a lot. Put an old Diablo in that race and i'ld probably end up doing worse than that Ferrari. But new Audi built Lambo's are relatively more fuel efficient and reliable.

And still retain the Lamborghini insanity!!

So its two Audi built cars that came at the top of that race...
