  • If someone has been injured/hurt due to negligence of health professionals.. they have the right to sue.. end of argument.. x

  • people sue to easily, your child looks like she walks pretty good, I know a guy with cp, his parents also sued but he is really bad off, shame on you is all I have to say anything for the almighty dollar.

  • @tonyahem1 they are attempting to get a hold of resources. That's all. It's not about worshiping the almighty dollar. It's about giving your child the best quality of life that you can. "Pretty good" isn't good enough. It should be the best it can be. It's also about holding the doctor's error responsible. The hospital was hiding poor behavior. That's not right and should be exposed.

  • similar situation happened to me. I'm convinced it was doctor error that caused my daughter's cp...but even after 'review' of records by an attorney, they felt there was not enough evidence to proceed. It's a shame, because I live with the evidence everyday for the past 12 years. I don't dwell on the past too much, but your video reminded me, so I thought I'd share. Glad to hear that you received some type of financial compensation for Lizzy's care :)

  • I also have CP.
