I commend Attorney Marshall Lasser for having the GUTS to take a stand against the INJUSTICES shown toward Injured Workers. THE OHIO BUREAU OF WORKERS COMPENSATION ALONG WITH THE HEALTHGRADES IMES SHOULD BE LOOKED AT MORE CLOSELY INVOLVING INJURED WORKERS.
workers comp employees are mostly scum of the earth dirt bags;when non-medical comp employees are allowed to deny physicians requests for treatment, how in the hell is a injured worker supposed to have a health recovery; now i know why some people deserve to get their faces shot off
@deepinmyass Actually all studies indicate it is only 1% of injured workers who try to commit fraud. They are not injured workers by the way, they are frauds.The rest are injured workers being tortured to death by a psychopathic group of eugenics monsters.
It's not the injured worker that makes L&I rates higher, It's L&I that does.
Say for instance: the worker went to one of the IME whores and they found him fixed and stable even though the injured worker still has injuries, he goes back to work injured! only to make it worse! He would then file a new claim. over and over again, until he got the treatment he needed. which drives insurance rates higher! When it's actually cheaper to just pay for the injury to get fixed!

I wish when our working lives started that we had been aware that getting injured on the job could end more than just your working career. They had no problem taking our money, in fact we had no choice. Then, when injured, they treat us as disposable. Thanks for drawing attention to this.
1 month ago, my doctor referred me for MRI's, and the WCB refuses to respond. My Claims Manager phoned me and screamed at me 2 days ago. My doctor is pleading for these MRI's. My biggest fear is that I will become permanently paraplegic. The side effects from this injury are truly frightening. My only hope is that I find a capable lawyer before I loose my mind. They tried applying return to work methods that their very own website states is for workers who have been off work for a period off less than 3 months. They hurt me at physiotherapy, and immediately cut me off after reporting it to my doctor. They now refuse to respond to any of my communiques in any form. But most importantly they are refusing me proper medical care. The completely closed my file last summer when my doctor referred me to the Mayo Clinic.
I am a injured Ironworker in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I fell of a building and shattered my L1 vertebrae. They inserted screws and bars for a year and a half, removed them and sent me back to physio. I have only rec'd 10 month benefits in over 3 years that I have been off work. They have not paid for my pain meds in over 2 1/2 years.
..In my work comp case the claims adjuster illegally began a four year covert videotaping campaign against me while ignoring dozens of doctors reports and recommendations for spinal surgery. It has now been proven that she violated criminal felony laws in California (I.C. 1871.4 and P.C. 550(b)). Her name is Carol Pope and she works for the Adventist Health System. Dr. jeffrey Freesman their Chief of Staff was busted for SELLING ectasy and meth to young adults.
Well done Mr. Gold, I am a trucker and due to the way my injuries have been assessed by companies hired by workers compensation board I have been DENIED proper treatment for my work injuries. I begged for an MRI to diagnose my back injuries that i suffered in a slip + fall from the top of a grain trailer but was DENIED any help. It took many years to have my injuries discovered however it was too late for me, the damage had been allowed to go to long untreated and I am now permanently disabled
We have gang laws in Canada similar to your RICO laws. Everything stated in your video happens in every State, and Province of Canada. You have hundreds of thousands of witnesses. Thanks for bringing this to the forefront.
