To say that the "the raw marijuana plant is not medicine" is a DIRTY LIE. To say that it's not going to have consistent effects or potency would be more accurate, however savvy medical marijuana patients do their own research and learn to do their own regulation and dosing. For most, this works very well. People don't OD on cannabis. -- The pharmaceutical companies focus on the THC, you do not get the full benefit or even the same effects without the other collective cannabinoids.

I really dislike when they say things about the social costs of alcohol and tobacco in relation to marijuana because marijuana is far less harmful to society and to the individual. Marijuana does not cause cancer (ciggs) , violence (alcohol), or death (both) it should be a no brainer to legalize it this man is just protecting his job and his budget and doesn't see the harm that he is doing to peoples lives. we all need to get together and make this legal regulated and taxed.

I have been listening to the arguments on Marijuana for over 40 years. Its is obvious that more & more people are beginning to realize that the myths created by the antagonist maybe true for a few incidents indirectly in conjunction with Marijuana. What I have not heard is about literature on how to use Marijuana responsibly and safely so as to avoid any possibility of a health problem, if there maybe one. This goes to show the government is not really concern with people's health problems.
