you forgot to put the Idevice into DFU mode before doing the Shift+Restore, you won't get the prompt from Itunes that a phone or Idevice is in restore mode without putting it into DFU, you can do that on TinyUmbrella prior to running the TSS Server

@tooltool2007 even if someone does it wont't work... the files stored on your computer are a "link" to the actual firmware and other files stored on Cydia's servers. So it wont work.

@sahsa1998 An SHSH blob is not something that can be sent, it is something that uses Cydias servers.. if you did not save your blobs then Cydia cant help you restore + if your on iOS 5 (or above) SHSH blobs do NOT work... period.

@lilboosie6194 Apple will not let you downgrade past there latest firmware.... so if you save your shsh you can downgrade whenever you like. If you have not saved your 4.0 SHSH then you are too late.... there is no way for you to get them.
