This is not Downtown Mumbai...far from it. This is one of the suburbs, and an older location at best. Downtown Mumbai is replete with modern flyovers, skyscrapers, shopping malls like the Heera Panna, long cobblestone boulevards (in the downtown core) and even longer 'skywalks'. It is also significantly more clean than anything shown in this video. New Bombay,which is the area recently developed after Vashi & Panvel is like a 1st world country. Take it from a Canadian who's just been to India :)
Timothy McVeigh blasted the CRAP out of the Murray Building in OK City and it didn't fall.
