Everytime I add a select number of users, It doesnt show up when I log into my profile on the web. It does however show in tweet adder that I have added these users. Is this normal?

where is help center of this, i purchased this s/w & this is super crap.. it never follows single account, whenever i start following it says "following ended - twitter follow limit reached" they dont have contact page working on site this are pure money scammers ... if you are human being come forward and answer my question or refund my money
