No matter who you get insurance from at home - you will be compensated under the Sask no-fault legislation.

The audio sequence included on this video - was recorded on August 07, 2002 - a phone discussion with a senior SGI lawyer regarding this file folder. It should be noted that SGI was informed by me that I may record calls with them - this lawyer [Ken Lerner] and his 'boss' [president Larry Fogg] didn't care. The two of them - along with the 'manager of personal injury' [John Schmidt] - are no longer employed at SGI [as of July 2004]. I wonder why?

Also, if it is a "dummy file" you would think if it was that common of a practice, they would have a stamp saying DUMMY FILE instead of it being hand written, I agree with your assumption, it looks like they are calling you a dummy. just my .02

Well they just have a folder with the word dummy on it thats all, I see what the guys saying but why the second folder?

It may be that someone at SGI head office created the folder - for my file and -- they wrote "Dummy" [as in 'he's a dummy'] -- that Dummy is written in quotation marks suggests this possibility. Other file number/folder is 'SIU file' [investigations department] - they deny that it is such. If one is to accept the explanation given - then - there is that question - why does SGI keep 'shadow files'?
