MBTA Blue line 0706-0707 with 0718-0719 at Government Center

i was a motorman on the Blue Line when the #0600 series were put in service. at that time there were only 8 cars ready for service. the first 4 cars were #0613,#0612,#0614 & #0615. they went in service at Orient Hts.the gov. was Ed King. He board the train and went to Bowdoin Sta. There he was met with State Police where he walk to the state house. The second set was #0606,#0607,#630 & #0631. #0606 & #0607 was use as a training train on the Blue Line. I train on it.

Yes, new Siemens trains, added in 2008-2009, in the 07** series.
