I have always had a problem with plastic bumpers followed by increased pricing, after seeing over and over steel bumpers take out a telephone pole. The case for the 3 mile an hour bumper is that "damage is unavoidable after 3 miles." Buuuullllllshiiiiit. Not with a steel bumper.
