This game was actually scary at first but it became quite absurd after Carnby got out of the lab. I could cope with plasma cannon but nothing was scary after you got all those spiffy new electric/ray guns and such.

Oh no! What about poor (I mean rich) old Lucy Morton back in the mansion's attic. She was my favourite character. How would you suppose she died exactly. We don't even get a confirmation that she does even die. You'd think she was in her 80s or 90s but she was in fact 66/67. (If you read a book on a podium in the library, her birth date and maiden name are given as 1934 and Dogan respectively)

Whatever his real goal is, his first one was to find the location of gates to the World of Darkness and the means to open them (the translations of the Abkanis writing tablets). He got them both in the end.

I see he is Alan, I can recognize his eye-patch at 2:20, but didn't he get killed by the other monster that grabbed him and jumped in the hole?

Who is the other monster? Obed Morton? But didn't Aline said she talked to him before? She didn't know she was talking to a monster? Perhaps their conversation took place over the phone or something?

It's all explained when you play through as Aline...but yeah, that first monster is Obed after Alan performed his experiments on him. Obed likely "infects" Alan after he takes him, turning him into that freak.

Yeh, I just finished watching the 2nd video of Aline last night and kind of gathered this is what happened.

I will be watching the rest of the videos this week, thanks for uploading and reading all the documents in the game so I can also read and understand the storyline of the game better.
