Hi, I've got another question on this camera: according to trustedreviews, you can't use the "one touch upload" button unless you've already shot your vid in youtube mode, is tha true? Also, does that mean videos in "youtube mode" are smaller and not good enough to watch on your tv, or does the mode just limit the videosize to 10 minutes ?
personally i have never used the "one touch upload" so it's not a required feature. The low quality mode (the youtube mode) can be seen in my .mod to .mpg vid (thats what i used to record it) it defaults to 4:3 format and is a lowish quality in order to facilitate ease of upload. The "one touch" feature uses the supplied software and only works with said software. I've never used it so i can't verify. if you need help with anything else (even non camera related) just ask!

it records in .mov files these can be easily converted to .mpg files as i show in my .mov to mpg vid
