Note the episode "King's Ransom," in which Paxton Powers loses control of Wayne/Powers Enterprises, allowing Bruce to finally regain complete control of the company in "Return of the Joker." And yeah, most definitely watch Justice League & Justice League Unlimited in their entirety.... The Batman: meh :p

Uncut, not only do you have his death being a MURDER by Robin, but they actually show the flag impaling him.
