What is that weeping sound that starts at 3rd/4th gear?

@eddohan : i think you mean the sound of the tires.Looks like it was a very hot day (just normal at this rally).So the tires heated up quickly and make that sound on the higher speed level. It' s no bad sign,so you know that the tires work well.
