Eosinophilic Disorders... Made simple

After 5 years I now suspect that my problems are rooted in an eosinophilic disorder. I know I have digestive and skin problems I never had before, and no doctor would take the time to think of this....in fact my PCP never heard of this. When a curious doctor finally did a full blood work analysis on me my EOS levels were about 900, which is high but not extremely high. I suspect allergies to be the cause, but I'm still in the dark about how to stop it.

Actually, eosinophilic disorders don't JUST cause damage to the digestive system. I have hypereosinophilic syndrome & mine attacked my lungs and circulatory system.  Other people have skin issues or heart issues.

@klsheaffer33 I'm sorry if my video offended you... at the time I made this video, I was new to EOS, and I just wanted something that would explain my disease to others. I understand that it effects much much more than the digestive system. Just recently, the EOS center from which I recieve treatment tested me because they thought I was having lung problems and bone deterioration due to extreme amounts of eosinophils in my blood. I'm sorry my video offended you.

@HedgeHuggerGal Nope...you didn't offend me at all! sorry if my comment made it seem that way. I've just been feeling pretty defeated because I was diagnosed with this disease that now attacked my heart as well with a pericardial effusion, and I haven't had any luck finding anyone with those same issues as me. I've come across a lot of stories about people with the digestive issues from it, but no one with pulmonary or cardiac issues like I'm having. But I wasn't offended at all! :o)

My elemental diet consisted of sugar, salt, and formula.

An elemental diet is NOT salt and sugar! I have this disease. An elemental diet is Amino acids and vitamins. I am allergic to sugar. And I have Eosinophilc damage to my esophagus, stomache, small intestine and colon.
