oops i just removed a comment , anyways if u see this i suggest trying a decal first they can curve well perfect around a wheel i think but if not u can put your wheel on a stool like i did , one that turns and get someone to turn i slowly while u stripe it the lip , its kinda trick first time but it works with some pactice!
