  • How is what he described Mother Teresa doing with the impostor CNN crew admirable?? That would be lies, deceit and extortion. All the bazillions she received and so very little were bestowed to those who needed it most. Just like the rest of the Roman Catholic Church...lies and distortions.

  • I just love this guy. Wow what a find, never heard of him before. It was a total fluke while doing a search. Thank you, John I am inspired by you.

  • Listen to yourselves, conning a CEO? These are supposedly some of the smartest and most powerful people in the world who have free will. There was no force used, just "leverage" as John explains. There was always a choice to be made and some made the choice to give more and I'm sure some less. Secondarily this is a third party account of a situation which by nature will have some variability to the truth.

How about focusing on the message of creating wealth?

  • I'm disappointed by conning people into giving largely too. But what I did like is that Mother Theresa used wise options to gain the most possible. But integrity must be our focus, otherwise it all returns to us in negative ways.

  • @AlenaJolie

What do you mean by integrity? There's this issue about right and wrong actions, so lying obviously falls into the wrong category. But integrity or morality is not necesarily your intention. Beneath the "lie", her intention is to use that money in the best way possible to feed people who are unable to get enough food to live. So what is that actually returns to you? Imagine your bestfriend lies to you to get you to a surprise party for your birthday, will she pay for that lie? =S

  • @Crazisunshine What I mean by integrity is precisely what integrity means, having conviction about what is right and wrong. And no, I don't think a person will suffer from lying about a surprise birthday party. God looks at the heart. He is not waiting to beat us on the head when He knows our intention is for good. Lying is a different matter when it is self focused and takes from others. It's about motivation. The Bible says, "Man looks on the outward appearance but God looks on the heart."

  • So we need to con the wealthy ? what does he mean by "you need to have both" ?

  • I was appalled as I listened to the description of how Mother Theresa conned people into making contributions. This is exactly what is wrong with our world. People have long bought into the adage: The end justifies the means. That is the reason we have all of the corruption. To me, that rationale, especially when it comes from the love of money, is the root of all evil on planet earth. Anything built with a lie ultimately produces negative results and bad karma. That's how I see it. How about u?

  • @paradoxman316

What I have felt listening to him was that she used their egos to aqcuire money (for a good purpose). These billionaires were excited of being on CNN, that would imply more money for them and only for them. Therefore, in whose hands is that money more helpful? In a selfish billionaire or Mother Teresa fighting for hunger? And I'm not saying we should just throw morality to the garbage, but is morality helping feed thousands of people who die of hunger?

  • @paradoxman316 I absolutely agree!!! What I have learned along my journey is that whatever I put into something is what I will always get back in exactly tit-for-tat. I believe our next level of human consciousness is built on impeccability in all things. To my mind, respectful and impeccable honesty (with myself and others) is by far the most efficient and pleasurable way to do anything. Of course it is still a work in progress, but it never disappoints. :)

  • @BEEHIVESPIRIT7 Wow! comments on an old video of mine. Thanks

  • Thank You Lilou and DR Demartini!!!

  • thank you very much Liloumace and Dr. Demartini. Great discussion about valuing money, saving money, and providing service to others.

  • The microeconomic seed corn strategy is contrary to what he said in the earlier parts. He said then that it never works.

Another complication that has not been mentioned is the kleptocratic nature of our economic systems. You can save a lot of time and effort by stealing money rather than offering fair exchange.

These two problems make it much harder to escape from an impoverished environment than this interview suggests.

  • Thank you Kilou and Dr Demartine

    Very good vid

  • Lol, so true!!

  • Great series, Lilou! Hope this produces a breakthrough for you!

  • About Mother T. "...she didn't get much done... - ...prior to hanging out with the wealthy..." ?? That point of view i cannot share. She got more done once she did get more funds, true, but she got more done than most, even prior to being funded by big corporations, because she had her head and heart in the right place.

Probably just a slip of the tongue :)

But very insightful interview, thank you Dr DeMartini and Lilou.

    ONE LOVE

    d

  • Very true, we need to work with the shakers and the movers. Thank you Lilou!!
