I don't believe that this is the quintesential English accent, it's more like a 1970's news accent or someting, I'm not sure, but I have to call a lot of people, (I am English) and yes the proper nose to the forehead accent is very uncommon now, but this isn't it, her accent seems kindof fake really. BTW you can buy water bombs and they are just too cheap 'n' easy to fill and cheaper than coated origami paper, plus they burst not squelch a bit, damn, we knew about these in school too though!
