Your good loosen you bow a bit, and keep practicing you really good. Because, I practice everyday I am 14 and I can play: Cello, Viola, Violin, and a bit of piano. The key is to want it so bad that you mind gives you no choice but, to play, learn, and get better
loosen up the bow just a little bit if to much bowing that the top part is to straight the bow might just break at any time so when you twist it justmake sure the top part is a little curved

She is much better now though. She still needs work on her bow hold but it's improving all the time. She's working on Minuet #1 at the moment and she is learning to play more smoothly with that piece.
Aw she's cute and she plays great. I used to play this song, and I think it should be less choppy if you know what I mean? But if that's how she and her teacher want to play that's fine. ♥
i know the same 1 but its not that long and its a more faster but either way jillie is doing awesome cu kids at my school cant play it cu its too hard and im on 6th grade so awesome job on it jillie!

It's fiberglass so I don't think it will break too easily. But you might be right, it looks a bit tight in this video.

have the teacher begin working with her on her bow hold and the way she bows. By doing that, she can begin to make the song flow more.
Also, loosen the bow just a fraction.
