the timing has to be really exact.  12.5 seconds is what it is exactly after i timed it. But it could be different for other people, you have to flip it back moments before you guys get kicked. If you still get kicked, then it won't work with your connection :(

you might have to pay for the equipment you use to make it but it's very low cost. You need an ethernet cable, some kind of switch (light switch) and that's it. Maybe some glue, soldering gun or tape to hold the stuff together. Like i said just follow the tutorial in the video description
