Is double teaming allowed on defense? It seems really unfair when it happens in pick-up games but I've never heard if a rule against it.

@fozzie13245 when you cought, it is a score, no matter how long. look at other videos, the people jump catch and fall down in less than one second. the disc often touches the bottom, and its a score
