I'm pretty happy with the commits we have. Just got a REcommit from Big Will to either solidify our Dline or Oline. Tate Forcier is the QB we need to effectively run the spread, and though we lost McGuffie, Minor is a beast, and Shaw showed sign of being good.

I didn't say that it WASN"T a transition year for UM....all I said was that WVU was in almost the same "transition"...new coaching staff, new offensive scheme, spread option offensive players switching to drop back passing, 8 new players on defense including 4 freshmen, etc....so it seems like both schools went through simular changes....except UM got RR and went 2-9, and WVU got Stewart and went 9-4 including a bowl win.
what kind of offence did wvu run last year? spread option? o ok. what kind of offence did they run this year? spread option? o ok. passing the ball a little more doesnt constitute a new offence. it means calling more pass plays thats it. michigan ran a power zone running offence last year. they ran zero option plays. now they run the read option every second or third play. and a lot of the guys who played this year never played that kinda offence before. not even in high school.
So railroader thinks that WVU has players that have nowhere else to go? How about when Rich Rod left he was trying to take one of his top picks from Parkersburg with him - and he stayed loyal to WVU and stayed here in WV. Also, Michigan did GREAT this year. WVU didn't get the best bowl game this year; however, we have an honest coach and great team that the community loves. Can't say that about Rich Rod in Michigan. Michigan SUCKED this year and the point is - Michigan steals coaches from WVU.

WVU went to the sweet 16 round, and from what has been talked about, WVU has been projected to be in the top 10 or possibly top 5 pre-season....No worries about sanctions..WVU's AD keeps too close an eye on the sports programs to allow that...besides Huggs is an alum and former player, so he has said that his contract is for the rest of his career......
as far as Fraud goes..or should I say Benedict...you can have him...he'll eventually move on again...

Coach Stewart recruited Pat White, and Slaton, Schmitt were just lucky finds that MADE Frauds reputation for him. He rode their backs, and the program that was already established at WVU by coach Nehlen. The speeches he gives to UM, are the same that he made at WVU, he only changed the school names when spewing his lying BS.

I'm pretty happy with the commits we have. Just got a REcommit from Big Will to either solidify our Dline or Oline. Tate Forcier is the QB we need to effectively run the spread, and though we lost McGuffie, Minor is a beast, and Shaw showed sign of being good.

Swaz...I kinda doubt that WVU is on a downward spiral....take a look at our incoming class of recruits...also just added Mike Carter 4 star CB ranked #12 by Rivals...Mountaineers aren't bitching, they are laughing at UM and Fraudriguez....have fun losing to everyone in the Big-Slow 10..and the MAC (ouch!) WVU's senior class this year had a record of 42-9 and were only ranked as #47 recruiting class....Lets see how many more decommits that RR has before signing day.......

Juston Turner: 4 Star. Ranked 3rd Safety.
Anthony LaLota: 4 Star. Ranked 6th DE.
The one guy I care about, Forcier, is already at UM as we speak practicing and getting a head start. If we had a guy like him last year, we probably would've made a bowl game.

Past two to three classes? Under Lloyd Carr? A guy that searches for the traditional Big Ten brute power? They can't run a spread offense. Now the RichRod players are taking over.
I'm not saying we're winning the conference by any means, but a major improvement for next year, and I expect them to make a bowl game. If they have similar results, then it's time to let him go.

tell me if im wrong for thinking this. but if we had a decent QB, not a great one, but a good one we win 7+ games this past season. could never pass the ball to have a balanced attack. and when we could pass (wisconsin) we scored 27 points in a quarter and a half.

i used the same arguement cuz that was the truth. starting 8 underclassmen on offence, and 6 freshman. hmmm sounds like a transition year to me. dont worry shell, wvu will still be kings of turd town (a.k.a the big east) while michigan reloads their guns and starts going for national championships in a year or two. now would you PLEASE come up with a new arguement. im sick of saying the same things and having them go right over your head. id like a true challenge

Also, Boyd said to ESPN that he may reconsider WVU. rail....If you want to use your logic....then there were how many teams better than UM this year ? Include Div 1AA and how many more teams had a better year than UM ? Besides WVU was in a major 'TRANSTION' year (at least that was most UM fans excuse for this year)...changing almost all of the coaching staff and Head coach to boot, and changing most offensive schemes......I hope UM's program does pick up , but AFTER RR gets his walking papers..UM deserves better !

it was a transition year. its not an excuse its a fact. u of m changed their coaching staff, and their offence. they had players that were built for a power running offence not a speed option. they had 1 returning starter on offence. started 8 freshman on offence. if thats not a transition year then id like you to tell me what is

I didn't say that it WASN"T a transition year for UM....all I said was that WVU was in almost the same "transition"...new coaching staff, new offensive scheme, spread option offensive players switching to drop back passing, 8 new players on defense including 4 freshmen, etc....so it seems like both schools went through simular changes....except UM got RR and went 2-9, and WVU got Stewart and went 9-4 including a bowl win.

what kind of offence did wvu run last year? spread option? o ok. what kind of offence did they run this year? spread option? o ok. passing the ball a little more doesnt constitute a new offence. it means calling more pass plays thats it. michigan ran a power zone running offence last year. they ran zero option plays. now they run the read option every second or third play. and a lot of the guys who played this year never played that kinda offence before. not even in high school.

So railroader thinks that WVU has players that have nowhere else to go? How about when Rich Rod left he was trying to take one of his top picks from Parkersburg with him - and he stayed loyal to WVU and stayed here in WV. Also, Michigan did GREAT this year. WVU didn't get the best bowl game this year; however, we have an honest coach and great team that the community loves. Can't say that about Rich Rod in Michigan. Michigan SUCKED this year and the point is - Michigan steals coaches from WVU.
