That's quality, just the thing i've been looking for... i've heard songs where it sounds like those tecniques and wondered how do they do that, ie eq just the things panned in the centre a certain way, eg have i high frequancy centre for the hats, whils the backround/sides catches the warmth and mid-range warmth and stereoness (don't think that words exists)of the hats etc, like you explained in this video. Hear it a lot in trance music.
I have had this vst for so long, and still haven't figured out how to save my presets.Every time I name them, close the project and re-open, they return to the default state. Any help?
Ozone is a great tool, even if you have tools that do the same thing. Ozone is so clean that it has a sound of its on. The new efficiency of this processor makes it a great deal. The fact that it also has a mid side E.Q. an reverb are big keys to this product that make it a worthy investment regardless of other equipment.
Well, it took me 49 minutes to discover that I am impressed with the MS processing Ozone 4 allows. I opened up a mix, used the method shown in the video, and voilá, a marked improvement. Nice!
I wonder how this compares to the Brainworx Digital v2 plugin, which I've demoed and liked a lot for MS processing. The Brainworx is pricey, so I'll be checking out Ozone 4 right away.
W O W! powerfull!!

@marcuelcajon wow... i don't have that problem dude, the always work - actually I start from a preset,
and work my way through adjusting them, but I actually never have to 'save' them.
I do save them from within my DAW (cubase) to transfer them to other projects - no problems occured so far...

cool! but what do those two circles between mid and side stand for?
jericho667 1 year ago
@jericho667
Click on the linked circle icon in the middle and you can move the two layers (mid and side) at the same time if you need.
MRSstraightA 1 year ago
@jericho667 it links the, so if you move the eq of one, it moves the other too.
