They are both good versions I've played both, and they are equally as good and fun, but wii focus's on one remote so you don't have to do all the moves in that, but kinect focuses on your whole body, and there is just a dance section in kinect without singing, and the master performance has way more moves than what you seen that girl do, i personally go with kinect, but wiii is still just as fun.

both versions r pretty damn good! the x360 is much more focused on a singleplayer full experience, with all the singing and dancing and stuff... The Wii version is much more multiplayer style, fast paced, easier, lacks graphic but its simplicity is clearly better on gettin used to it. i hav a x360 and a good experience with a wii, and i still prefer the x360 version

Look I may have played the Wii version but I can see 360 version is fun as well.

It really depends on you actually (Isn't that obvious?)

With the Wii the dance are a lot easier to follow and it's faster (not to mention the choreography is almost the same as the music video)

And playing with 4-players is possible.

In 360 you get to dance as yourself and sing on stage.

So as you can see they're both great. So why don't you get both?

I played the kinetic version at my cousin and it's waaaaaaay better than the wii, first because you get to dance for real (at wii you don't have to use your whole body) and the SINGING IS OPTIONAL.

The game is also very shallow and gets boring pretty quickly when you discover what it has to offer. The trailers all show this fun and great game but take my word for it: don't bother with this and don't believe the hype.

If you want a true MJ experience you're better off playing one of his video's and dancing to it yourself.

This game sucks and doesn't have anything to do with Michael Jackson except for the songs.

I'm a fan and I was very disappointed. I'm talking Kinect version here because I haven't played WII (which looks better in terms of signature moves).

Anyway, the moves for Kinect are extremely lame (pretty much all made up by the developers), theres too much lag which makes the dancing very frustrating and the virtual projection is sucky.

It's more a Backup Dancer experience than a true MJ experience.

That girl dancing is an amateur, but she caught on here & there. The focus with this game, we can all tell there is motion lag, so to make ourselves look cooler in the game, just move ahead of time in real life, that's how she caught on after awhile. If you guys have friends watching, tell them to never look at you and only the tv screen, cause if I saw a friend move out of sync in with the tv like she did, they'd look pretty dumb. lol But she moved out of sync to get n sync on the tv. remember this clip is very old en dates from summer 2010, MJ the experience is now 2 days out in The Netherlands and Ibought it yesterday, en there is nog lag or slowmotion in it. it projects perfect the moves you have te make, so I can say the kinect is better than the wii, because with the 2 dance difficultys, there is one for beginners and one for the real MJ´s where you have to do all and repeat all of his moves. with the wii you only uses your right hand. so kinect is superieur.

Well I don't think you picked on one point enough - that being the fact that the dance moves are fairly basic, I want to learn the moves of MJ not flailing my arms around in some dizzy drunken fall over ... thing! i think it depends on what the person wants to determine whether the wii version or the Kinect version is better

if you want to learn the dance including the foot work then Kinect

if you don't then Wii, because a lot of people that dance with the wii don't do the whole or real dance they just move one hand

Was gonna buy the kinect but wanted to see how it matched up w/ the Wii version & I gotta tell ya, the kinect version is HORRIBLE. It's not even CLOSE in fun. The biggest problem on the kinect version (even w/ dance central) is u cant have two players dancing AT ONCE. That is damn near where 50% of the fun lies. ur avatar & the background dancers are distant, the dance instructional sucks, there's no unlocking of special features. Only thing I really liked was the grafx of the opening sequences
