I played this in a arcade (I believe it's still there) i remember the it only had 2 of the game's teams "Scuderia blue Castle" and "Team red Lightning" with the swinging cockpits awesome game i wonder why MAME crashes on the first lap:(

At Timezone I saw this Ace Driver with Force feedback actuated Seats.

Not a copy of Virtual Racer as Sega never managed to copyright formular 1 racing on its arcades only.

LOL! I really love Ace Driver.

Unlike Daytona, the courses are almost "like a real racetrack". Complete w/ made-up sponsors, Grandstand, All asphalt, and a cool(but no use) pitstop. All cars start from behind the start/finish line, unlike Daytona, or Virtua, you start behind the line, and the rest are far ahead,just like in F1.

Ace Driver, closest thing to a 3d arcade, but simulates being like an F1 racer.
