I am not going to deny, I like his music. It is very relaxing. However, you cannot deny that he seems to short of ideas. Most of his songs have really similar ornaments, scales, rhythms etc. So yes, the music is nice, but to be fair he's not really a musical genius.

For me, this song reminds me of all the things in life that i enjoyed, particularly from my childhood such as the feeling of going down a massive slide, running races at school, splashing about in a swimming pool, those private jokes shared with friends - all the things that would have made me laugh - so for me this song is like a celebration of the beauty of life. :)

I think it's like the smile you have on seeing a new dawn, after a long night. That first perfect moment... gentle, reassuring, enlightening.

@Tr4veller ya, thats a good way to describe it...its a very difficult piece to articulate isn't it? I think we all struggle with the subtle nuances and melodies...both sad, and yet hopeful. However, to me, it is a relaxing piece, which tends to hint more to the melancholic.
