  • The Truth is All Jews ARE Messianic- one way or another- because they themselves believe in a Messiah- Now The 12th Article states of a coming Messiah- NOW To those of the unbelieving Yehudim- He is YET TO come- BUT it doesn't negate the Yehudim who believe that He HAS come AND is GOING to COME Again...AND - just because you read the Brit Chadasha-and believe - doesnt make you a non-Jew... You can't Box or Can The Faith of Abraham

  • I was raised baptist, but after distancing myself from the LORD, I asked myself what is true. After my studies MJ was the closest to original worship. I believe in the whole Bible, Law, prophet and writings. Zechariah says that gentiles like myself will celebrate Tabernacles. It's about coming back to the foundation of our faith, to get a better understanding of NT which was written by Jews. Much love my friend.

  • call them out! they are pagans who belive a man is god, this is contrary to everything jews stand for it is idolarty.

  • they are evangelical christians and dont apologize to them they are anti jewish all the way they say jews are going to hell! screw these ppl they are a joke.

  • This also means that the certain sects of Lubavitches who believe their Rebbe was and is the messiah (and will be returning) are also mixing things that can't be mixed. Personally, i think all religion is crap, from judaism, to christianity to islam. All manmade, all crap. Plus, moden day "christianity" is almost entirely based on that little fucker paul.

  • This isn't about belief, it's about branding. There has been for 4 millennium a group of people that has used the term Judaism to describe our beliefs. We apply sub-categories, like Orthodox Jew and Reform Jew to contrast our specific beliefs. Another group has used Christian to define their beliefs, including sub-categories Catholic and Protestant. It's only recently, as a well funded effort to evangelize, that some Christians appropriated the term Messianic Jew to describe their beliefs.

  • OK, so you go right to Rambam istead on Torah or even Moses. Do you remember the Korah? He also did not believe and usurped Moses' authority. PLUS, you have never read the original Aramiac/ English NT by a JEW so your comment really have no weight. You guys are really at best a joke in your logic. YOU follow mens tradition not True Judiasm.

  • @paulgem123 We didn't quote Rambam because he is the equivalent of the Torah, but instead because we agree with his opinion. One thing that unites all Jews (and as you know, that's like herding cats on speed) is that the Moshiach has not come. Jesus is great, for Christians. Christianity is great, for Christians. But Judaism is its own thing...and just like how you can't believe in Shiva and be a Christian, you can't believe in Jesus and be a Jew.

  • @punktorah

Trust me I understand what you are saying, more than you know. Wasn't Rambam a Sephardim? Y'shua is the prophet that Moshe said would come. You can say "oh that's great for Christians" more power to them, Bro! Missing the entire point. Y'shua came for ONE reason the lost sheep of the House of Israel. Rabbinic Judaism is what you refer to is not the True faith handed down to Moses. Rabbinic Judaism has changed this PURE faith to Men's traditions and Rabbinic authority.

  • @punktorah Rambam saw correctly but only n partiality. He saw David ben Moshiach and missed Moshiach be Yoseph. Was not Moses a shephard and a mediator to Israel? Did he not fall down on his face many times begging HaShem to spare this stiff neck people. Many of your Rabbis have seen and attest to what I say and they are Jews. Not directly, but that doesn't matter. Many more will open their eyes soon.

  • @punktorah I totally agree. I am from a secualr-Christian background and as I got old I started to become more 'religious'. I found myself trying my hardest to implant myself within the Christian culture and mindset. Though i enjoyed the company to an extent and definatly enjoyed the learning and discussion, It wasen't untill I was able to give it up to find my home in Judaism. The key being that I couldn't embrace Jesus, so I couldn't embrace Christianity, and vice versa. In the same way...

  • @galbraith6 I think that people who try to embrace Judaism and don't embrace the fundamental beleifs in Judaism may find some practical things they can take home with them, but it won't attract them to Shabbat at the synagogue 'authentic' Judaism.

It's like trying to bring hockey sticks into a soccer game. Maybe it's just time you considered feild hockey? I think there is something for everything for everyone out there.

  • @punktorah

isn't odd that every belief under the sun is tied to being Jewish even Buddhist, Humanist or even Atheist. How can an athiest Jew or Buddhist Jew say the Shema and believe what the scripture says? paradigm issues here.Yet to believe in the fulfilled Judiasm of Yeshua is anathema! The entire Torah teaches of Maschiach, we all need to too look into the Tanakh text and move outside of talmud mishmah commentary to see Him revealled!

  • @lusem09 "and move outside of talmud mishmah commentary"

--how do you understand what the bible says without a teacher? You listen to sermons by pastors or (who you would call) "rabbis". How is their COMMENTARY any different than the commentary of the obviously more learned rabbis of the generations of the prophets? How is your version of Tanakh commentary any different than talmudh? Don't bash the Talmudh while you have your own oral tradition and pretend you are exempt of your own rules.

  • @paulgem123 The fact is that no Jew, no JEWISH person, believes that Jesus is the JEWISH messiah. If you do, you ARE A CHRISTIAN. There's no arguing it and there's also nothing to be ashamed of. Jesus is not spoken of in the Torah, and if Jesus were moshiach, things would be a lot different now. There is nothing wrong with being a Christian. It just means you are not Jewish.

I am interested to know what you think "True Judaism" is. Probably not what I think it is. And that's cool...

  • @paulgem123

Aramiac/ English NT my friend is also full of Greek influence. What they need is Ebionite Matthew. We only have Matthew shem tob and that is much better then Aramiac/English NT.

    Shalom

  • @putevireligije So you have studied it and make your comment on first hand knowledge? Shem Tob is great, Ebionite's don't they throw away the letters of Rav Shual?

  • @paulgem123 I did not speak about Shaul did i :)

Virgin Birth is what you need to stady, but you're not a real Jew. Real Jew know why Ha Messiah need to be from the people, from the father side, from Jesse, David, Solomon ---> one like Moshe, same like Moshe.

  • Comment removed

  • @paulgem123 As for Ebionites they did not have to accept Shaul letters, because most of his letters was for Goyim not for the Jews. And letters are only a letters.
