I know what you are saying about God giving us Knowledge and I believe we should question things even our beliefs to make sure we are following the truth .. like the apostles did in the bible many had questions for Jesus they didnt question his excistence but they where amazed its almost like a kid saying how did you do that...

Then you have misunderstood everything. Bing Bang theory does not implicitly state anything about God. We simply don't know how Universe was created (nothing below Planck time) but we have a fairly straight idea how it was developed after that.
but you do know how it was created try genesis 1 you know we have the facts its just that our minds will not go there because its unbelievable its too bad cause if we believe we would be taken to places beyond our own assumptions,
BB theory is also backed up by multiple experimental data (google it, very easy to find), so yes it is science in its purest form. I think that we should be careful when using the term "science" because there are so many branches of science saying various things. Since I believe that we here still talk about the bb theory I will point out again that it does not state that we came out of nothing and that is in fact a very big problem. It is a problem becaue our theories (quantum mechanics and relativity theory) simply brake down when we approach a very young, i.e. very small, dense and hot universe.
With that said, we must conclude that we don't know how universe came to be, which is what I tried to say in my first post. We do have some alternative scenarios such as the brane world scenario proposed by string theory but they are so far out of our experimental reach so that they are sometimes regarded as metaphysics.

Do not rely on your own understanding. It was all God, but who knows EXACTLY how he did it. Hands down, God did it.
