The characters are different because they are in a different story but the character concept and characteristics are the same. In this his name is Han Lue and in tokyo drift it Han Seoul Oh ithink
@MrJNGuyXD Of course it's a codename. "Seoul" is a city and "Oh" is a korean family name. His family name cannot be "Seoul-oh", and I think "Han" is his given name! So of course its a fucking codename. In Fast Five they are also saying something like "They can change their names, but not their faces"
