This is particularly good because the soloist actually knows how to be a performer. It is not just about hitting pitch perfect notes, but about modulating your voice and emoting. If you watch other a capella performances like this (I'm thinking the choir-cover of Bon Iver's For Emma) the soloists often sound like elevator versions of the real songs.
