@ZackTheBeast99 That was a scenario of spraying the interior orange, then brush painting the other colours in, judging by the seat's moulded 'stitch' patterns.
Man, I gotta get my model finished... I've had an RE Amemiya RX-7 model just waiting to be finished, but school and stuff always gets in the way of me actually finishing it...
you should have painted it matt black anything else looks like shit but still it took you alot of time and work so good job, i could have not done that!
Simply submerge the car in an ice-cream container for several days straight, regardless of it being plastic or diecast - then scrape off the excess with a hard bristle brush (or even an old toothbrush) and wash off with water... It removes the paint, but leaves the plastic well alone!
I'm a bit confused: Did you do several models or is it the same, repainted several times? (I saw red, blue, yellow and white) Good work anyhow, although it was not an airplane...^^
Lol, that was all the one car! There's been several occasions (the Porsche 911 in a previous vid was another) where I've gone through several colour changes before being happy with the end result!
how'd you paint the interior different colours?

@joh2 can you use thin tape so the other car doesn't get on the other colours?

@ZackTheBeast99 Yep...

Ive never thought of using automotive brake fluid before- any sort of rinsing to repaint it?
It totally stinks when something goes bad on paintjobs- ive had a few go bad.

Thanks for the tip- think that works with metal stuff as well?
dangeroustoys56 3 years ago
Most certainly does (personal experience here) - the same brake fluid can be re-used on models too...

only the interior doesn't really fits with the outside colors i think but Its Very good made!
TunerFerr 3 years ago
Lol yes, the interior was one of the things that stayed when the car was redone!
