@DanDaMan901 (if you haven't managed yet) this GS guide works wonders, you know! =D but if so try ledging it with an SnS (Indora) and Megajuices and stuff... you may die once or twice, but you should be able to kill him. I did. =D

@DanDaMan901 lance and gunlance are other options for the same... although in rage tigrex takes a lot of your stamina when you guard, even with the skill... SnS allows you to dodge easier. A shame that kirin comes after tigrex, 'cuz you could make its lance, thunder element

Indora's root is Hunter's Dagger, Assassin's Dagger, Frightbane and Indora; needs purple rubbery hide, mnster bone + and a pale bone

If everything fails, you may try Obituary armor (Evade +2) and the thunder LS

the things i remember differently when using these when fighting tiggy is:

1. when he is taunting:

normal-

a) charge on the head,

b)same place when charging after he trips but begin charging GS during his first bite

rage- same place as above but begin charge at the beginning of his roar

2. when he trips(normal): make sure you have the lvl1 charge done before he gets to the normal standing position aka the ready position

note: always dodge to YOUR right

silver sol armor isn't that hard to get, the silver sol Z is, bcos every pieces requires a heavenly rathalos scale. I had to do the hr9 anger of heaven and earth multiple times to complete the set

Actually I meant its annoying because it requires ruby. I know that Sil Sol Z is even more annoying. If you wanted to be cheap you could have just done it the easy way. Bring like 3 flashbombs to a sil sol fight and flash him when he's in the air. There's a chance of him dropping a heavenly scale. That takes a long time though, but its for the lazy people.

I've done that method about 50 times, and out of 50 quests i only get like 6 or 7 heavenly scales, the descendants of the kings quest (name of the hr9 AOHAE in unite) isn't that hard, all u have 2 do is keep gold Ian flashed while u beat the crap out of the silver Los XD

Those are my favs. If I have to choose a type longswords are the best. Either that or Hammers.

Damn, you're quite the collector aren't you. The khezu thunder has 1,456 Raw, 250 Thunder Attribute. One of the best weapons to take down Tigrex. The Showroom Model has 375 Raw. Its not the best, but it is pretty good. I only used the one heavenly scale for the camellia. I don't really want the armor. My favorite armor is Basarios X. =P Evade+2 Defense+30 and Divine Protection. Its good enough for me.

Oh yeah I was looking at that weapon earlier today. If I want it I'd need to work hard though. a very easy and fast way to kill kirin is to use the yama heavy bowgun and just spam pellet s lv3, it should take about 10 mins only
