It has more to do with knowing art and anatomy than anything else, the program itself is fairly simple to use and there are thousands of tutorials out there...

I think this is wonderful; would be nice if you could press a button and the sculpt would come out, in bronze or whatever medium. you would like.

you can mill such sclupts with industrial programms out of aluminium or steel.

its expensive but it works
