15 minute video with 10 minutes of stumbling sales pitch, followed by more stumbling of the application. Label the video sales and get a sales weenie to pitch the product, so the rest of us can skip this video.
This is like, if Spring was a car, and you came here to learn how to drive it, you're in the wrong place -- he explains all the great things about cars and the benefits of driving -- which is a total waste, because probably the only reason you're here in the first place is that you're already sold.
So, lets move on to part 2 and see if they get into the actual mechanics of driving this thing.
I don't have a problem with the audio, but it could have something to do with the resolution. This needs to be at least 720p so the code can actually be seen. This will of course help the audio.
@TheToesheGroup: The audio's not very good, but it's bearable. The low video resolution is unforgivable, though. Somebody else wrote that we'd be fine if we don't view it in full screen mode. That's wrong. The slideshow is legible for the most part, but when they start to show working with the application, it's difficult to understand regardless of the viewing size.
@gp2you: I agree somewhat. I'm already here watching the video, I don't need a lot of background about the framework. I'm interested in using it now, so I'd like to just learn about using the STS tools. Fortunately, I found that I could get what I need by going ahead to the "Part 2" video. I'll come back to watch part 1 later.

This is not what I was expecting at all.... I know that I need to use spring for project work, so why feel the need to sell it again?

OMG this video is a complete waste of time... Typical big-company BS verbage. The guy talks a lot, but doesn't say ANYTHING...

I agree, part 1 is mostly a sales pitch.
