I had the same one , but I can't seem to find the right batteries to make it work anymore . My sister and I took out the batteries for a long time and can't find the right one to make it work now . help me out ?
How very Pierre Schaeffer of you. :-) We're learning about all this stuff in my music class-- can't say I'd listen to it all the time, but it's pretty neat once you know what's going on, and such. Great job!

If it has an echo chip you may be able to bend it. If it's battery operated, open it up and start poking around.

The tape is being manipulated by a circuit that can speed up or slow down the the motor in the tape player.

It's also kinda cool to leave it in the original case cause it kinda has the maentality that your just playing with toys.

i agree with that. sometimes a toy is quirky enough to look so bizarre by itself. though at times a paint job can make it more evil
