I listened to this in my Kuala Lumpur apartment one night.Humidity was 84%....It made me think of home..the UK..it made think of Scotland, although I am English. It made me think how we are one, how we create such great music, how we live , drink and even fight together...when you are 10,000 miles away you become very sentimental of the British Isles..
Hey - nothing gloomy here. All hope. Remember the glory days... but the glory days didn't have pure community and freedom of faith - that's what we forget. It's all about faith. People. Hope. I'll wait on the pavement.
i was listening to this on my ipod as i was riding my motorcycle across this open field with these ravines and rolling hills at like 100mph and as the song started to pick up the sun broke through the clouds and it looked like the entire field just caught on fire and all of a sudden as my tears were getting wiped away by the wind, i remembered i was alive. magical song, for me at least
Truly Earth shattering. This band is by far the best group out there at the moment, and now they have been picked to go on tour with Kings of Leon they are going to get the recognition they deserve! Well done Glasvegas.
I'm a huge glasvegas fan and I love every single song they have but as much as I try I just can't get into this one, and was surprised to see people actually like it- I think it's pure rubbish to be honest but each to their own I suppose! ( going to see them support kings of Leon in nj in 2weeks, can't wait)
They will get the crowd they deserve...I hope in like 5 years they will be proper stadiumfillers, since they are so much better and charismatic than prettyboys like The Killers or Coldplay
Beauty IS in the eye of the beholder but call a spade a spade man...."Epic" to describe Glasvegas?? Thats just plain nonsense and that is factual not opinion. Opinion is when a fan dubs a Glasvegas song "epic" Although I agree with you... Im not here to piss anyone off but people need to learn proper vocabulary.
I originally uploaded this to post to my Facebook - to spread the word of Glasvegas. I'm surprised so many of you appreciate this as much as I do - I truly thank all of you.
peacfull!!!! Man!!!!! This song blows my mind. It makes me proud to be Scottish and all the flaws that entails. I saw them live in Glasgow. They are brilliant.
Under appreciated band
