I'll be on this same flight from LAX, also in Biz class. Is seat 9A a good seat? I am told that the window seats can be a challenge, especially if your "neighbor" has his seat flat. I hear getting in and out is a hassle. Plus, the bulkhead row supposedly has limited leg room and is too close to the galley/lavatory, which makes it somewhat noisy. True?

As a matter of fact, when I took this flight, they still had the old seats that only recline to something like 150 degrees.

Speaking of the area, yeah, it is a good seat to watch the engines but the flip side is that it's kind of noisy. I recall myself using the inflight Boze headphones not listening to the tones but for quietness during rest.

Yeah, it was. I was also planning on transfering planes at Haneda Airport and it was canceled due to the weather that day.
