  • ah now i know

  • if you become a navy nurse you still do exercise and all that stuff that soldiers do?

  • You make so much more as a civilian nurse w/ no 20 yr commitment. But the NAVY is so cool.

Such a hard decision to make.

  • @idonotneedanidforyou 20 year commitment?I thought you had to serve like 4 years then you could leave if you wanted.

  • @sarge958 Eights years only. 4 year active 4 year inactive (but they can call you back if there is a war). If you want the full pension and benefits, you have to put in 20 years.

  • is there any male nurse in the navy?

  • yes there are

  • @bigdaddyquey a LOT

  • is there a high demand for nurses in the navy?

cuz i dunno if my college is accredited but i wanna be a navy nurse sooo bad!!

  • there is a HUGE demand for nurse corps officers. big time.

  • yea but my college is in the philippines.... i can't talk to a recruiter about it....

    you still think its possible?

  • I'm not sure, I'm just a hospital corpsman, not a recruiter, but judging from the huge demand, it might still be possible. You can message me with the details and I can check for you if you want me to.

  • really only 2 comments

  • Top of the line medical right there, Navy's finest!

  • GO NAVY!
