This video is difficult to watch not just for the graphic images of dying bulls, but also the spectacle of a middle aged man flipping out via telephone at a hapless Discover employee who has done you no wrong whatsoever. @SDJPR The sword is supposed to kill the bull. But it's not that efficient as most of the time it does not cross the heart. So it's used a knife at the back of the head that cut the spine. As you can see, when the ears are cut and the tail of the dying bull - the ears and tail are a trophy to the matador - the animal is still alive and still fell sthe pain.

I have watched videos of slaughter, rodeo, dog fighting, all sorts of things that humans do in the name of entertainment and profit, but bullfighting is by far the most sadistic and disgusting. @SDJPR The sword is supposed to kill the bull. But it's not that efficient as most of the time it does not cross the heart. So it's used a knife at the back of the head that cut the spine. As you can see, when the ears are cut and the tail of the dying bull - the ears and tail are a trophy to the matador - the animal is still alive and still fell sthe pain.
