Good, man! I found this song warm and cheerful, and in no way should be said to be a plagiarism (of any other, as far as I know). I can´t grasp all the words (due to my limited English), but I notice it´s a homage with short quotations of their (Beatles´ or George´s) songs / titles, of course a reverence to George (and even to The Beatles).
