There is also a big difference between all being the same colour, and all being the same.

And you've seemed to flush out your beliefs too quickly to really make that claim. Look up United States Justice Department Hate Crime. (remember them, the guys that let you say your ignorant crap on the internet?)
They not only have the accurate legal definition, they have examples of accurate hate crimes (still waiting on your examples of misfortunate interracial kids)

A so called "Legal Definition" does not automatically infer a JUST definition. ALL crime is 'Hate Crime,' but your ilk managed to politicize CERTAIN types of crime so as to bolster YOUR OWN VERSION of what denotes "justice." NO 'certain' crime is worse than any other. I've seen self-flagilating whining from assorted Lefties & other Fascists who are howling to have him "stripped" of his license, but I've seen no action, so far. Where did you get this information? Furthermore, the J of P DID NOTHING WRONG, either. It's HIS call, not the couple's or any other outside interventionist. He's broken no laws, so everyone just needs to LEAVE HIM ALONE! Any "punishment" would be strictly politically motivated.

No, he is blatantly discriminating against a couple that did nothing. In fact, he legally cannot deny them based on race. In 1967 a supreme court ruling found that a marriage license cannot be denied to a couple BASED on race.
The jop can deny marriages, he was just stupid enough to give a technically illegal answer. He can deny them, but race cant be the reason why.

The judgement fell under the Louisiana Judiciary Committee, which agreed with the ACLU that he showed blatant racial discrimination and obviously infringed upon the 1967 court ruling. Of course it applies, how could race possibly not be why he is denying them a marriage license? If he denied them for another reason please explain.

What "judgment"? I've seen no "judgment" about this. It does NOT "apply" because he is a 'Sole Proprietor.' He can choose to use or not use his license any way he sees fit, and his "reasons" for doing so are his OWN and NOT subject to the bullshit "1967 ruling," whatsoever. Any such prohibition by the State or Fed Gov would be counter to the 'Constitution' and 'Bill of Rights' which guarantee his right to proprietorship, pursuit of happiness, Free Enterprise, Free Association, etc.

The supreme court ruling in 1967 was entirely about stopping the church and JOP's from denying interracial marriages. He cannot give race as his reason.
Denying equal rights to two human beings is how he pursues happiness? What about their pursuit of happiness? Aren't all men created equal and dont they all have these rights?

That ruling doesn't affect this J of P since the so called "ruling" was non-binding. It's UNCONSTITUTIONAL since anti-discrimination laws only affect the workplace, not private, single-employee businesses. If you are a Notary, for example, and you refuse to notarize a document (for whatever reason) the 'State' cannot force any action against you since you've broken no laws regarding Notaries. This is not YET a Fascist country which can dictate down to the last vestige of the private sector.
