What Bertman says is true. I had to replace my ENV2 Twice within 90 days because the OK button 2 7 8 9 send key did not work and I did not drop it. The ENV2 has a servere technical glitch it in that decomposes after a while.

To fix the front keys temoprarily open ur phone hold the ok button and while still holding ok close the phone the buttons should work until u open the phone again

you have to change it under your recording options...choose for save and not for send...you can only send up to 30 sec of viedo...to do this go to record video, hit options, then change the settings...hope this makes sense :)
