@Fiyho actually cooked food is not good for your health. some are. cooked food gives you better taste but it loses the nutrients of the food. well not all raw foods are nutritious, like raw chicken and lamb, those kinda stuff contains alot of bacteria, sometimes it can kill you. so u gotta cook it. but like ox and fishes, it is better to eat them raw because it contains lots of good nutrients that can make you healthier.

and also, most Korean Idols can eat the food like this as raw.
