@ComeOnYouCeltz Its like the term "Chipped" or more accuratly "Flashed" For a PSP, basicaly it installs an application called Cydia witch can be used to access all kinds of homebrew apps along with its own custom iOS (Operating System) to run them. You can download applications, emulators and even an app called "Instalios" where you can download paid apps/games for free. But with an iPhone it also unlocks the phone free to any simcard aswell as the above, same goes for regular mobile phones.

@JDA0429 Yes, the 32GB is the 3rd gen, so its 600Mhz (unlike 400Mhz), has voice control, compatible fully with OS 4 (due to be released fully in early summer), it also has i belive betetr graphics and it has better Wi-Fi connection. it also includes accessibility and a few more. get the 32GB, trust me, you would regret it when everyone has OS 4 in summer...
