People ask me what in the world possessed me to learn such an obnoxious sounding instrument when I was already semi-adept at two quieter and nonreeded instruments. The first thing that always pops into my head is always a picture this.

HAHAHAHAHA, he had to change reeds!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG~! Like I said on part 1 , hAHAhahaha, this amuses me, his first reed was red , and this one's a dark blue ..... hehehehehe
I didn't change my reed, I don't know what you saw exactly. In fact the mozart Concerto performance and the Elliot Carter were a few weeks apart and played the same reed for both pieces with no adjustment between!

That is fantastic. It must have been exhausting; I hear oboe can take a lot out of you, and this is one intense work.
