Help me with Windows Installer

hi I have a similar problem. i use win 7 and i'm trying to uninstall/intall a software

and a pop up appears that say "windows installer cannot be accesed".

does any of you know what i can do? i have tryed everything except calling 911 as stated above and nothing works. some one help!!!

1)Go to ''START'' and then ''RUN''

2)Type in the RUN ''net start MSIServer'' and click OK.

3)And a Command Prompt will open.And it will say ''Windows Installer Is Now Starting''.

4)DADA!!!

Tested on 3 computers and works

the reason why u getting the message is u turned of windows installer service. go to services from start>>right click my computer and manage and look for windows installer and turn it on. :)
