For example no excess body fat, exercise more, eat the correct foods such as vegetables fresh fish, rice etc, and do complex linear algebra. Why math? Because its hard and it exercises the brain. Remember the brain like your body needs to exercise, if not it will get lazy and tired.

If they urinate on you while you are sleeping, attempt to rip your intestines out with their bare hands, after you have near death colitis, constantly verbally/physically abuse you, and you notify their earl bradley medical insurers, but neglect them, and you do not have any legal custody, and driven yourself into extreme poverty to care for somebody that isnt there anymore, get out, and sue the doctors. @flame199999999999999 going through this with my dad. one night he had the front door wide open, it was 12 midnight and he screamed at me to wake up to "find a letter from his insurance company" that he was screaming at the top of his lungs that I "lost." Of course I didn't lose his letter, it turned out he had thrown it in the trash. I spent the rest of my night hiding in my room not knowing if he was going to flip out on me again. i left to stay at friends' house for the next few days.
